We Review Your Lawn & Confirm Pricing
We’ll review your property size and trimming requirements, then send your weekly service amount. Most neighborhood lawns range from $25–$60 per week.

Complete Secure Payment Setup
Once approved, complete our secure online payment form and save your card for weekly billing. You’ll only be charged after your lawn service is completed each week.
Payments are securely processed using Stripe, one of the world’s most trusted online payment platforms. Credit card information is encrypted and securely stored by Stripe — Broadmoor Downs Mowing never stores your credit card information.

Neighborhood Lawn Service Made Simple
Have questions before signing up? Here are answers to the most common questions about pricing, scheduling, payments, and weekly service. We’re keeping routes small and local to provide reliable service throughout the summer season.
Weekly service includes lawn mowing and weed trimming around sidewalks, driveways, fences, and landscape edges.
Most lawns range from $25–$60 per week depending on lawn size, trimming requirements, slope, and overall complexity. Pricing is confirmed after we review your property.
Customers select either a Monday or Thursday neighborhood route day. Service will typically occur between 8:00am and 1:00pm on your selected route day. Mowing may occur on Tuesdays or Fridays for weather reschedules.
After your property is approved, you’ll receive a secure Stripe payment setup link. Your card information is stored securely through Stripe and you will only be charged after completed service.
No. As long as gates are unlocked and pets are secured, service can be completed while you are away.
Just let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled route day and we’ll pause service for that week.
Standard service includes mulching clippings back into the lawn. Bagging may be available for an additional charge depending on lawn size and conditions.
For safety reasons, customers are asked to clean up pet waste before scheduled service. Pet waste on the your lawn may result in a rescheduled service.
At this time, service is limited to Broadmoor Downs and nearby streets so routes can stay efficient and reliable.
The 2026 summer mowing season is expected to run through mid-August before school begins.
Lawns that have become significantly overgrown may require additional time, multiple mowing passes, and extra cleanup. In these cases, a 40% overgrowth surcharge may apply.
As a general guideline, lawns with grass taller than approximately 8 inches or lawns that have not been for 2+ weeks during peak season may be considered overgrown.
If an overgrowth surcharge is needed, we’ll communicate that before completing service whenever possible.
