Helpful Guidelines for Weekly Lawn Service
Broadmoor Downs Mowing was created to provide dependable neighborhood lawn care while giving local student workers an opportunity to earn money, build responsibility, and serve the community.
We want the entire experience to feel simple, straightforward, and easy to work with. The information below is simply intended to help set expectations so service runs smoothly for everyone throughout the summer season.
Weekly Route Scheduling
Broadmoor Downs Mowing operates on neighborhood route days. Once your property is approved for service, your lawn will be assigned to a recurring weekly mowing route.
We do our best to keep service consistent week to week, though exact arrival times may vary depending on weather, route adjustments, equipment issues, or lawn conditions.
Payment & Billing
All payment information is securely processed through Stripe. No credit card information is stored on our website or servers.
Customers complete secure payment setup before service begins, but cards are only charged after completed lawn service.
After your first completed mow, future weekly services will be charged to your saved payment method following service completion.
Overgrown Lawn Policy
Our pricing is based on regularly maintained lawns.
Lawns that have become significantly overgrown may require additional time, multiple mowing passes, extra trimming, and additional cleanup. In these cases, a 40% overgrowth surcharge may apply.
As a general guideline, lawns with grass taller than approximately 8 inches or lawns that have not been maintained for multiple weeks may be considered overgrown.
Whenever possible, we’ll communicate any overgrowth surcharge before completing service.
Weather Delays
Colorado weather changes quickly, especially during the summer months.
If rain, lightning, or unsafe conditions prevent scheduled mowing, service may be delayed and moved to the next available route day. We appreciate your flexibility during periods of bad weather.
Gates, Pets & Property Access
Please make sure gates are unlocked and pets are safely secured on scheduled service days. Excessive pet waste should also be cleaned up prior to service.
If we’re unable to safely access the backyard or complete service due to pets, locked gates, excessive pet waste, or other obstacles, service may need to be rescheduled.
Service Area
Broadmoor Downs Mowing currently serves homes within the Broadmoor Downs neighborhood only.
Keeping our route localized allows us to provide more reliable scheduling and efficient neighborhood service.

Texting is usually the fastest way to reach us at 719.285.9373.
If you have special instructions, schedule changes, gate information, or questions about service, please reach out as soon as possible so we can keep routes running smoothly.
Pausing or Cancelling Service
We understand summer schedules change.
If you need to pause or cancel service, simply let us know ahead of your next scheduled mowing day and we’ll update your account.
